SHIPPING

  • We reserve the right to refuse shipping any item.
  • We do not ship to addresses that contain P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Many of our silk arrangements and permanent botanicals are created individually by our talented designers to provide the highest quality product possible. As this process takes time, please allow up to two weeks for us to prepare your order before shipping.
  • We ship to all states in the US, the US Virgin Islands and Canada.
  • We offer standard ground shipping through UPS or USPS on all web orders (We will select the shipper based on the item being shipped). Express delivery is available but you must call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-600-3895 to request an express delivery. Not all items are eligible for certain shipping methods. We reserve the right to switch your selected method of shipping based on weight and size restrictions from the shipper.
  • Once your products have been produced and packaged, you can expect 3-5 days delivery time for UPS Ground and 2-3 days for UPS Second-Day.
  • Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
  • All packages that are returned to us will be issued credit for the product costs only. Shipping charges will not be refunded on non-deliverable packages. If you have special requirements regarding your delivery, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-600-3895 immediately after placing your order. Orders without special delivery requests will be processed in a normal fashion.
  • In store pickup is available on many of our items. To schedule a pickup, please call the store at 1-800-600-3895 and we can process your order and hold your items. Store pickup orders cannot be processed on our website at this time. Credit cards will be processed at the time the order is placed.
  • In store pickup orders will only be held for five days at which point the merchandise will be returned to our inventory. Credit will be issued at the end of the five days if the merchandise is not picked up from our store.

RETURN POLICY

We at Beyond the Vine take great pride in our work and pay attention to every detail so that you will be genuinely satisfied.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise within 10 days for a full merchandise refund. We want you to love it or send it back! We mean it.

All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and must be in the original re-sellable condition.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded on returned merchandise.

On all returns, a credit will go back on your credit card within fourteen working days of our receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.

All sale items are final. Returns or exchanges are not allowed or accepted on sale items.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

Damaged merchandise and incorrectly shipped items must be reported to Beyond the Vine Customer Service within 3 days of receipt. Call 1-800-600-3895 to report all damage claims.

We will arrange to have broken, damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise picked up at no cost to the customer.

If a replacement is available, Beyond the Vine will ship the replacement items at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
